Contact & Trust

Straight answers about how this site works, how to get help when a tool does not behave, and the trust facts behind IMGTool2PDF.

How to get in touch

IMGTool2PDF is an independent, browser-based website.

For questions, feedback, bug reports, incorrect information, broken pages, or business enquiries, contact us at:

Email IMGTool2PDF

For technical issues, including the tool name or page URL, the browser and device you are using, what you were trying to do, the exact error message, and the steps that caused the problem can make the report much more useful.

What to expect when you contact us

  • hello@imgtool2pdf.online is the official contact email for IMGTool2PDF.
  • It can be used for questions, feedback, bug reports, site issues, incorrect information, and business enquiries.
  • Contacting the project by email does not give IMGTool2PDF access to files that were processed only inside the browser.
  • When reporting a problem, please include the tool name or page URL, your browser and device, what you were trying to do, what happened, any visible error message, and the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
  • Do not expect a guaranteed response time, 24/7 support, a dedicated support team, guaranteed resolution, ticket numbers, or live assistance.

This email is the project's official contact channel — it is not a formal support inbox, help desk, or ticketing system.

What you can contact us about

  • A tool is not working as expected
  • An unexpected result or output
  • A broken page or link
  • A bug in any tool
  • Incorrect or outdated instructions
  • Accessibility problems
  • General questions about the website
  • Business or partnership enquiries

What to include in a bug report

Including the right details helps us understand and reproduce the issue:

  • Tool name or page URL
  • Browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Device / platform (e.g., Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened (exact error message if any)
  • Steps needed to reproduce the problem

For ordinary bug reports, please describe the issue instead of sending the actual document. Do not email passports, identity documents, private photographs, passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal documents unless there is a legitimate reason to do so.

Privacy and file handling

Because IMGTool2PDF is designed around browser-side processing, files processed by the tools never leave your device. The contact email is a separate, voluntary communication channel — it is not connected to the local processing pipeline.

  • If a file was only processed in the browser and was never uploaded to IMGTool2PDF, the contact email cannot be used to retrieve that file.
  • Closing or reloading a page may remove temporary processing state.
  • Important files should be backed up by the user.
  • IMGTool2PDF is not intended to be a file-storage service.

What to try when a tool does not work

Because processing is local, most problems are local too, and most are easy to resolve:

  • Use a current browser. Recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari are supported. Older versions may lack the features a tool needs.
  • Check the file. Confirm the format is one the tool lists as supported. A file with the right extension can still be corrupt or in disguise — the tools say so honestly when that happens.
  • Try another browser. If a step silently fails in one browser, the same file usually works in another. That isolates a browser limit from a site problem.
  • Start over. Reload the page and upload the file again. Nothing from a previous attempt is kept anywhere, so a clean start is always safe.
  • Watch the error text. Every error on this site explains what happened and what you can try, so read the message rather than guessing.

What you can rely on

  • Processing happens in your browser on your device. Files are not uploaded to a server (Privacy Policy).
  • The site's own code sets no cookies and loads no advertising today. Google Analytics measures general website usage, and files you process never leave your device (Cookie & Advertising Notice).
  • Every listed tool is real and functional — nothing on the site presents a placeholder as working software.
  • Presets and references are honest: where a value is a commonly used size rather than an official requirement, the tool says so.

Trust is not claimed; it is demonstrated by how the tools behave and by the policies they link to. Read them: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and the Cookie & Advertising Notice.

Official applications and requirements

For anything that will be submitted to an authority — passport or visa photos, ID sheets, exam documents, government forms — you are responsible for confirming the exact current requirements with the issuing authority. The size presets and guidance on this site describe commonly used values and are clearly labelled as not official. Never submit a document without checking the requirement source first.

What cannot be recovered

When you close a page or your browser, the files being processed are gone. The site has no copy and cannot retrieve them. Keep your own backups of anything important, and do not rely on this site as a storage place — it is deliberately designed not to be one.

Getting updates

The site changes as tools are added and policies are updated. The footer, the sitemap and this trust center always reflect the current state. If you want to understand how the project is evolving, the roadmap is published openly in the project documentation that the site is built from.

The official contact email for this project is hello@imgtool2pdf.online.
