The details

How it works and what to expect

How it works

  1. Choose how many rows the list needs.
  2. Type the name, price and SKU for each item.
  3. Pick the paper, orientation and margin, then download the PDF.

Layout

  • Rows flow across pages automatically when the list is longer than one page.
  • Prices are printed as typed (e.g. “$12.50”), so you control the currency.
  • Blank rows print as “Item n” with an empty price, so partial drafts stay usable.

Privacy

The price list is generated locally in your browser. Your product names, prices and SKUs never leave this device.

Practical guidance

Using this tool well

When it is the right answer, what tends to go wrong, and what to check before you rely on the result.

Why use it

A clean price list is what customers actually ask for. Entering names, prices and SKUs produces a printable sheet that looks deliberate and can be updated whenever figures change.

Typical situations

  • A customer asked for current prices in writing.
  • You need a printed price board or counter sheet.
  • A quotation needs a supporting price reference.

Common problems

  • Figures are wrong in the output

Totals and values come straight from your entries. Review the PDF before sending — there is no external price source to correct it.

  • The list runs onto extra pages

Long lists paginate. Check the break points so a heading does not end up alone at the bottom of a sheet.

  • Currency or tax is not shown as expected

The tool prints what you enter. Add tax explicitly in the line items if your pricing needs it stated.

Check before you submit

  1. Check a sample of prices against your source of truth.
  2. Confirm pagination and page breaks look sensible.
  3. Date the document when you share it.
