How it works and what to expect
How it works
- Add one photo per product, in the order you want them listed.
- Type the name, price and SKU for each product next to its photo.
- Pick the paper, grid and what to show, then download the catalog PDF.
Layout
- Products flow across pages automatically — 12 per A4 page at the default 3 × 4 grid.
- Each card shows the photo (contain-fit, never distorted) with the text underneath.
- Long names and descriptions wrap and are trimmed with an ellipsis so cards stay tidy.
- Pricing and SKU lines can be hidden per catalog with the toggle switches.
Privacy
The catalog is assembled locally: photos are decoded on this device and the PDF is generated here. Nothing is uploaded or transmitted anywhere.
Practical guidance
Using this tool well
When it is the right answer, what tends to go wrong, and what to check before you rely on the result.
Why use it
A printable catalog is usually a designer's job. Building it from your product data and photos produces a consistent grid of cards — photo, name, price, SKU — without one.
Typical situations
- You need a catalog to email or print for a market stall.
- A buyer wants a PDF of your range rather than a link.
- Product listings need a physical proof before printing.
Common problems
Card content is cramped
Long names and prices squeeze the layout. Shorten the displayed text or reduce products per page for a roomier sheet.
Photos look inconsistent in the grid
Cards inherit the shape of each photo. Square the images first so every card lines up.
Prices or SKUs are out of date
The PDF reflects exactly what you entered. Double-check the data before sharing it — nothing is looked up automatically.
Check before you submit
- Proofread every price and SKU in the output.
- Confirm photos are correctly paired with the right product.
- Check the file size is reasonable for emailing.
