The details

How it works and what to expect

How it works

  1. Add one photo per product, in list order.
  2. Type the name, price and SKU for each product.
  3. Pick the paper and margin, then download one PDF per product.

Output

  • Every product gets its own single-page sheet named after the product.
  • The photo fills the image box without distortion; the text sits underneath.
  • Sheets are generated in one pass and can be downloaded individually or as a ZIP.

Privacy

Product sheets are assembled locally: photos are decoded on this device and the PDFs are generated here. Nothing is uploaded or transmitted anywhere.

Practical guidance

Using this tool well

When it is the right answer, what tends to go wrong, and what to check before you rely on the result.

Why use it

One product, one page — that is what a buyer or support agent needs. A product sheet combines the photo with name, price and SKU in a document you can attach to an email.

Typical situations

  • You need to send details of a single product to a buyer.
  • A support query requires the exact item reference and image.
  • You are building a folder of reference sheets for a range.

Common problems

  • The sheet does not match your template

The layout is fixed and designed for photo, name, price and SKU. Anything else belongs in the accompanying email.

  • Photo quality dominates the sheet

A low-resolution source is very visible at sheet size. Use the largest clean photo of that product.

  • SKU or price is stale

The sheet reflects your entries at generation time. Re-generate when data changes rather than reusing an old PDF.

Check before you submit

  1. Confirm the SKU matches your inventory record.
  2. Check the photo is the right product and sharp at full size.
  3. Verify the price before sending.
