Produces a titled portfolio PDF completely in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

The details

How it works and what to expect

How it works

  1. Add one cover image per project, in the order you want them to appear.
  2. Give each project a name and an optional caption.
  3. Pick the paper size, orientation and cards per row, then create the PDF.

Layout

The portfolio starts with a title page (your name, title, tagline and contact line) followed by project cards that are split across pages automatically. Remove an image to drop that project from the PDF.

Privacy

Everything runs locally on this device. Your images and text are never uploaded.

Practical guidance

Using this tool well

When it is the right answer, what tends to go wrong, and what to check before you rely on the result.

Why use it

A portfolio needs to arrive as one file that opens anywhere. Cover images with titles and captions turn a folder of work into a document a client can scroll through on any device.

Typical situations

  • You are applying and need your work in one attachment.
  • A client asked to see examples before a call.
  • You want a printable version of selected projects.

Common problems

  • Images dominate and text is unreadable

Caption text is sized for a screen page. Check the output at full page size — if captions are too small, shorten them rather than shrinking the images.

  • The order does not tell the right story

Projects appear in the order you add them. Put your strongest and most relevant work first.

  • File is too large to email

Full-resolution images add up. Compress the cover images before building the portfolio if you have a limit to meet.

Check before you submit

  1. Page through the whole PDF as the recipient will.
  2. Check every caption against the correct project.
  3. Confirm the file size passes your email's attachment limit.
