The details

How it works and what to expect

How it works

  1. Enter your business name, the client, a title, date and cover note.
  2. Add your images and PDFs — they arrive in this order after the cover.
  3. Pick the paper size and image fit, then create the pack.

Cover page

The first page shows the pack title, your business name, the client name and your note. Every page shares the same paper size.

Privacy

The pack is assembled locally. Your documents and cover details are never uploaded.

Practical guidance

Using this tool well

When it is the right answer, what tends to go wrong, and what to check before you rely on the result.

Why use it

Deliverables scattered across an email thread look unprofessional and get lost. A cover page followed by the ordered documents gives the client one thing to open, save and forward.

Typical situations

  • You are delivering finished files to a client.
  • A project handover needs a single cover with a note.
  • Multiple images and PDFs must travel as one document.

Common problems

  • A password-protected PDF cannot join the pack

Each PDF is read to place its pages in the pack, so an encrypted file is refused when it is added. Unlock it in your reader and add the unlocked copy; the other documents are unaffected.

  • The cover note is too long

The cover is a header, not a letter. Keep it to a line or two and put detail in your email.

  • Deliverables are in the wrong order

Order follows the list you build. Arrange it in the sequence the client will read.

  • The pack is too large to email

Full-resolution files add up quickly. Compress the images before packing, or share via a file service if your email has a limit.

Check before you submit

  1. Confirm every deliverable in the pack is the final version.
  2. Check the order matches the work described.
  3. Verify the file size against your email's attachment limit.
