The details
How it works and what to expect
How it works
- Add your documents — scans, photos, forms, certificates — in any mix.
- Reorder the list so the pack reads the way the office wants it.
- Choose the page format for your image pages.
- Click Create application pack and download the single PDF.
What each file becomes
- Each image becomes one page, formatted with the page size, orientation, margin and fit you choose.
- Each PDF keeps all its own pages, exactly as they are.
- The output order is always the order in the list — PDFs contribute their pages in place.
Limits
- Per-file limit of 100 MB; images over 8192 px are downscaled for safety.
- Password-protected PDFs are not supported and will show an error.
- Very large packs can take a moment — everything is processed on your device.
Privacy
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your documents are not uploaded to any server, and the pack is assembled on this device.
Practical guidance
Using this tool well
When it is the right answer, what tends to go wrong, and what to check before you rely on the result.
Why use it
Applications ask for photos, forms and supporting pages as one ordered file. Building that pack in one pass means the order is set once, before you upload, instead of being discovered by the reviewer.
Typical situations
- A visa, job or college application needs several documents in one PDF.
- Photos and signed forms must travel together in a defined sequence.
- A portal rejects multiple attachments and allows only one file.
Common problems
A PDF in the pack is password-protected
Every PDF is read so its pages can join the pack, so one encrypted file blocks that item. Unlock it in your reader and re-add it; images in the same pack are unaffected.
The order does not match the checklist
Read the application's checklist first and arrange the list to mirror it exactly. The output follows your list order with no reordering applied afterwards.
One file type behaved differently from the rest
Images become pages you can size; PDF pages are carried across. Review the boundaries where the two meet.
The pack exceeds the upload limit
Compression is not applied automatically. Shrink the heaviest photos before packing, or split into the parts the portal allows separately.
Check before you submit
- Compare the finished pack page by page against the checklist.
- Confirm page orientation for every item.
- Check the total size against the portal's limit before starting the upload.
